You have found the website of naturalist, photographer, and writer James A. Christensen.  My passionate interest in the natural world has led me on a ceaseless journey of discovery.  Along the way I’ve often paused to examine and to document the wonders that I’ve found, and the resultant thoughts and images are here placed before you.  Long accustomed to living rough, there is no location outside my limits: nature beckons, I go.  I am available for assignment and may be relied upon to return with stories and photographs extraordinary.
